Its very not recommended as they will charge you $1000 deposit which they said should be $3000 and they said it mentioned, it is mentioned in term and agreement but who will read the whole terms. Theh just trying to scam us. Thus, there is option to pay $20 per day instead of $1000 deposit. And the end, the price become more expensive compared to others company. And the service was very rude when explaining too, very horrible experience and never ever again to use this service anymore. And when we mentioned this that we are not happy, they told us to just canceled it and go if we dont like it. Such a rude service ever

Similar experience to the other reviews; difficult to find, they are branded East Coast Car Rentals, yellow sign, and at the google listed address, but no signage that says Sixt until youre inside the building. Customer service was polite, 5min walk to a parking station where the cars are kept, and the car was filthy. Looking around at the other cars they were in the same condition and no obvious set up to wash or clean the cars either. If youre eager to have a professional, clean, hire car experience go elsewhere. If you just want a cheap hire then Sixt will suit.
The attendants at the parking garage was very unfriendly. One of the van doors was not opening and we asked for assistance, the attendant came and opened it with some force then left without saying a word. Two stars for accurate description, I rented a car and that's what I got....customer service was not included.
