Good company for car renting. Trust able. Accidentally got the car scratch, though would get charged for the scratch. But luckily got the car insurance covered. Exactly the service what they told! Nice comoany!
It always busy here. It would be great if you could plan to get the car at the opening time to avoid the crowds, long queue, long waiting time. In the other ways, make sure that you could be at Hertz a bit early, before your pick up time, otherwise your road trip plan might be delayed.
I rented two cars on two separate days. The customer service was good, explaining in detail. On the tolls part, they mentioned that the tolls would be deducted from my credit card. What they did not mention is that there would be a toll admin fee of $33 each time. My actual toll for one of those days was only $1.40.Neither was the admin fee conveyed to me prior to this rental at Hertz Melbourne Airport. I was charged 3 x $33 toll administration fee for the 3 days.
Friendly, efficient service and well explained through all the paper work and available insurance options. Received a free upgrade to a higher car group. I am a Hertz gold member and rent cars weekly all over Europe on business travel so I was particularly pleased with the efforts made by the attending hertz representative. Got good service and attention to us. Got last minute upgrade at good rate.. Got a relatively new car in a great condition. Takes a bit longer so plan 30 minutes buffer.
