DO NOT TRUST THOSE THIEVES. THEY ARE BIG LIARS. I rented a car for one day last week. And they told me to drop it off any time the day after because it was a public holiday and the office was closed. I dropped the car at 7pm and they made me pay another full day without telling, just by taking more money out my account few day after I dropped the car. I feel so abused. Please boycott this branch.
I rented a car for one day this Sunday 27/01/2019. Because Monday was a public holiday the receptionist told me that I could drop the car anytime on Monday because the car rental will be closed that day. On Monday around 15:00, I got a call from Hertz asking me why I did not drop the car. I told the person on the phone, who was being aggressive, that I intended to drop the car around 7pm. She wanted me to pay for another day because I would drop the car at that time. I told her that I did not use the car on Monday but wanted to drop it at 19:00 because it was more convenient for me. I had to repeat myself over and over again before she agreed to leave me alone. This company does not keep its word and it stressed me a great deal. I do not recommend it.
Cars are ok but the workers are liars. We rent 2 cars and they did put on hold more money on our bank account than what they told us. We had to call the hotline twice to get the money back and it took 1 week. Be careful if you are short on money it's probably a bad idea to rent a car there.
