Been here on a few occasions as we don't live far away. I regret to give this review as it is based upon a terrible experience.My lovely girlfriend who is extremely polite and soft went in today to fill my prescription, of which I desperately need. (Without saying the drug itself. It's not something that you want to be discouraged from purchasing)The pharmacist assumed the Drug was for her and did not treat her at all like this drug was important and did not show one inch of respect, which then led to my partner to walk out and seek the item from a pharmacy else where. This to me is appalling. No one should ever have to feel that way when purchasing potentially life saving medication. I then rang to voice my concern, after telling the retail assistant in a firm yet polite way that this was not acceptable, she puts me on hold for the retail manager - I waited for 10mins and then hung up.What kind of business are you running? Remember the people you are dealing with might need that little extra care. I don't mind if you're having a bad day, but don't then "hand that on."
