This store has now been called Pharmacy4Less and the review below still applies:Absolutely terrible customer service from the male pharmacist/owner. I am appalled that I have been yelled at for asking a question and it has been my worst pharmacy experience ever. I refused to purchase my medication from this store after my encounter. I went in here hoping to find medication for a cough and left feeling humiliated and traumatised. Please do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere with a better service. There are a few other options around the city (QV/Bourke St).I feel bad for the lovely reception ladies who have to put up with this rude man everyday.
Old pharmacist man is really rude and deserves a punch to the head and the medical center in store have doctors with no idea and are very unhelpful not to mention the staff at the counter who are very rude
This place is unbelievable, I was here to get my medicine prescribed and the old man who seems like the owner was VERY insensitive and rude. I was waiting for my med and he was forcing me to try another brand just because he prefers that one more, I had told him that I want to stick with other one because that was the brand I always take, then he insulted me and yelled out what my medication was when there was other staff and customers around. I felt like my right to have confidentiality was GONE. Do not go here, the pharmacist invades your privacy and is super nosy and rude. Why do you even sell the brand you dont like? Just to scold customers for buying them? When I had told him I want to stick with my preferred brand he shook his head and left. Please, this was so unnecessary and all I had been doing was wait patiently at the counter. Other lady was nice though, she didnt speak with rage like the man did. Dont make your staff clean up your mess. Do not go here. The medication I got from here was an antidepressant, I stayed in this store for 5 mins and got severe anxiety and felt like my depression got 37382828 times worse. I have told my friends and family to go somewhere else too. Disgusting.
This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to! Horrible experience and I wish I hadn't gone there. The staff at the counter are beyond rude and unprofessional. On top of that, their prices for prescription medication are very high. They charged me $25 for standard medication that I've had before which only cost $5.50 elsewhere! I waited over half an hour for a simple script to be filled out when they weren't even busy. The only reason I went there is because they are attached to the medical clinic - never again. Don't waste your time and money.
This is no longer a priceline pharmacy. Apparently it takes 8 weeks to change the boards so don't expect to find everything that's on the priceline website. Although staff there were friendly and tried to do as best as they could.
