I've just moved to the area. Found Chemist Warehouse in North Melbourne to have friendly staff and good service. A pleasure to go in for scripts.
I can't find parking but goood
Both times I've been to that store I have felt very well looked after and my scripts have both been filled out in what seemed like under 2 minutes both times (unheard of at chemists these days!) In addition, all the staff are so friendly and attentive.
The manager named Ioannis is a complete airhead and cant calculate percentages. Super unhelpful, very unapologetic for a mistake that wasnt at all the customers fault, claims that incorrect signage and confusing pricing that resulted me in being overcharged is why they do it. Should honestly be fired, no manners and no customer service skills. Way to go. All the other staff were very pleasant.
Four stars for range of stockI rarely use this pharmacy as I prefer the more personal service available at the "older style" pharmacy up the street but this place does have a wide range of over the counter items plus heaps of personal care products.
