Went to get a gift on thursday evening. Staff at the counter with 16 layers of makeup require some basic customer service training, not sure if she was having a bad day, I havent come across someone yet so rude in their approach and not willing to help a customer even on request while standing idle and checking out instagram posts.
Very surprised by the helpful pharmacist on duty here. Well done.
