I wish whoever run this stores realize that arrogant and unfriendly clerks can be more annoying when someone have to struggle through the crowd to shop and pay.
Was followed around by security the whole time i was in the store, came and asked me what i was looking for after 2 minutes of browsing, i understood why security was asking and not a staff member.continued to follow me and at every moment i could see him watching me, all because i have a hoodie and beanie on....its cold in melbs mate.after i bought 80 dollars worth of products he then asked to check my bag as i was leaving, i asked if he wanted me to empty everything for him to which he replied just doing my job.felt demonized by him and not welcome from the first 5 steps inside, everyone else was super lovely especially the young guy at the register.im a 30yr old building manager who mentors youth in my spare time, hardly a thug. i understand its the CBD of melbs but i dont think he needed to be so vicious much better ways of profiling and dealing with customer theft, maybe renew your security license and do some more training.Cheers, wont ever go back sorry dudes.
I was served today by a Dispensary Tech Jamie, he was very friendly, polite and thorough. He was professional with a genuine care when asking questions to the OTC product I was buying. He's an asset to the business and should be praised for his good customer service skills.Keep up the good work!
Refused to sell me Pseudoephedrine even though I was noticeably ill, reason being that I bought a pack 3 and 1/2 days earlier. The only alternative I was offered was a nasal spray, which I don't use because it makes me gag.I understand there needs to be steps put in place to prevent sale for recreational use, but come on, duty of care to the customer. I sound sick, I look sick and sorry if I used my first packet a little quicker than recommended, but when you wake up at 1 to 2 am continually at night because you can't breath, you take an extra tablet to get you through till the morning!
Super friendly and helpful dispensary staff and pharmacists. They are fast and efficient including giving out meaningful counselling and information. They appear pretty professional and impressive in dealing with some stupid and annoying customers who cant be patient enough to pick up their medications with proper labels and instruction. I give them 5 stars for the pharmacists and dispensary staff.
