Two complaints... the pharmacist sent me off with DOUBLE the dose listed on my prescription. I paid attention to the pills, otherwise had I taken them I'd have faced serious side effects and complications. Second, she spent literally 20 minutes lecturing me on the benefits of coconut oil and trying to sell me a book about it, despite my protests that because I'm trying to reduce PCOS-induced high cholesterol I really have to avoid saturated fat (which coconut oil is super high in). Didn't listen, lectured, and gave me double the dose of medication prescribed, which could have had disastrous consequences. Try Botanical Pharmacy around the corner instead, much better.
i always regret going to this pharmacy. its so painful, you get treated like your a criminal when trying to fill a simple script for antibiotics. Dont even attempt to try and get cold and flu tablets if you have a cold. They will deny you the tabs and forcefully try to sell you some herbal stuff thats $45 a bottle and give you a stink eye the entire time.
Assistant wouldn't sell me cold and flu tablets when I clearly have a cold. Explained I'm finding it hard to work. She insisted I was 'just trying to stay awake' (It was 12pm), and would only sell expensive ArmaForce 'bioceuticals.' Unbelievable. Illegal?

Great chemist, always helpful and great selection of pharmaceutical and natural products. However, please update your opening hours on your front door and on Google Maps if you don't actually open at 8.30am. A lot of people around here start work at 8.30 / 9.00 so it would be good not to have false hope about getting to the chemist in time before work. It has happened several times waiting for 15 or more minutes then giving up because I have to get to work. Or maybe you could contact the guy next door if you're running late and he could put a sign up "Back in X minutes".
