Unfriendly reception staff ! I lost my shoes at this Gym and when i talked about this to receptionist She just said I dont know talk with the manager Also the manager said theres nothing i can do no one asked to me how can i go back home without shoes! If u lost your shoes at Virgin active gym you need to go home with barefoot The manager was supposed to call me yesterday,but he didnt! Facility and class are good but i will definitely move to other gym !!
Great modern gym. Facilities excellent. Staff very helpful. Would be good to have more than 2 VAs in Melbourne though! Seem all new investment is going into Sydney. But recommend all the same.

Collins St = unfriendly reception staff. Bourke St = welcoming and friendly reception staff. Why? Ive been a member for 8 years. Recently, upon arrival at Collins St, one of the reception ladies refused to scan my card, giving me a vitriolic, snide grimace instead, then proceeded to scan cards for others who arrived after me. Finally her colleague came to assist me with an apologetic forced smile. Pretty odd and rude behaviour. Otherwise its a good gym with great facilities. Ill just stick to Bourke St though.
