Ive been a member for a few years here & I love this gym. The staff are friendly & extremely helpful. You can do your own workout; there are plenty of pinned machines, lots of free weights & cardio equipment to choose from, & if youre unsure of anything just ask the wonderful staff as theyre more than happy to help. If you need guidance setting up a program or more 1:1, there are fabulous Personal Trainers you can work with to help get personal goals recognised & achieved. There are group fitness classes you can attend, which are great & help keep you motivated, and one of the biggest bonuses in amongst all of this complete package, are the lovely friendships you make along the way. Its a huge win all round & I love it!
