The account management rips off customers. I had temporarily signed up and had a cooling off period for 2 weeks, but during this time they started direct debiting me. This is defrauding the customer after making them the promise that nothing will happen until after the 2 weeks.
Amazing facility, all the equipment you need and to top it off very friendly staff!
As a few have said I dont understand how people can give this gym a poor review. Have you shopped around? I've lived in Melbourne since July and tried multiple gyms before coming across this gym and is the best anyway around the city. Even though it isnt 24/7 it has excellent opening hours so that you can work around them and with qv just down the road now 24/7 it is honestly one of the best around. All the staff and trainers are excellent with a few small exceptions but they are a minority. I personally train with hugo and is the best pt ive found around after training with a few at different gyms. Honestly jump on this gym if you want a quality gym
To be quite honest, I have no idea why people gave 2 or even 1 point on Google review of this gym. Fitness First is one of my favorite gyms around the globe (I'm not joking). At Melbourne Central, there are friendly staffs and trainers with great equipment and lots lots of classes you can have for free, you need to have a membership of course. But still, my only choice of gym in Australia.
I went to this gym for over a year, but had to change because of my location. Although perhaps slightly more expensive than other gyms, the services and facilities provide you quality equal to what you pay. If you can afford it, I would recommend it.
