I would normally give this gym four stars. Its clean, it has plenty of decent exercise equipment, and the bathrooms are alright (they have complementary blow dryers in the ladies room which is nice). Of the three times Ive been here Ive only seen a staff member once despite searching for one when I needed assistance, so theyre definitely lacking in customer service. The thing that really annoys me is the fact that they basically arent open on weekends. The have limited morning hours on saturdays and are completely closed on Sundays. Its just unbelievable.
Train here during week. Staff nice. New changeroom and equipment is good.
Train here on Fridays and its great I love Genesis

Be Very Very Very careful when signing contract ... or Cancelling .. Poor customer centric application. Due to potentially application glitch, my cancellation did not go through ... after returning holidays noticed the deductions. I had to physically go in to cancel the membership ..Again.Overall Poor customer-centric business .. They can see in their system that I did not visit the club since 4 Dec 17 ...But three month later, I have and still have to pay $17 per week. Customer service is also questionable when business are operating on such a viscous tactic .. that said I have come across some good coach and staff.
