Went today from my home club (Bendigo) - honesty can't believe it is the same company. It was a 40 degree day and it was sweltering inside. Toilets and showers filthy, no functional area. Very disappointed
New manager is great. Great location great amenities and great equipment.
Love it here .....would like it more if they had quiet rooms or classes....but other Snap fitness do......Course it's all about them... And they are you..
Worst Snap I've been to in the country!!!Equipment in the weights area is ok, a bit cramped. Cardio is all half broken and dust all over it. Lots of dust all over the gym actually. Change rooms are about 10-15 degrees hotter than the gym which makes it a joke to try and change after a workout as you're sweating more after 30 seconds in the change room than you were in your workout. Won't take much to improve it but staff or Snap don't care about this gym which is a shame
I'm giving these guys a 5/5 star rating because they are in a great location, have a great range of equipment, no lock in contract (min 1 month), the staff are great, the Manager Matt is very helpful and easy to chat to, and last but not least, the weekly rate is the cheapest I've found for an inner city establishment.From what I can see, there are no step/spin/group classes, so some users may understandably not give a 5 star.However, I'm extremely pleased with the establishment and highly recommend at least trying the place out.
