Good location if you're in CBD for work trip close to flagstaff garden. You can walk in the garden which is just in front of the hotel.The service at hotel is good and I love the infused water that you guys provide to the customers. The only feedback is that breakfast menu should be a bit more flexible so that one can choose what they'd like to have rather than choosing between hot and cold menu.
6th time we've stayed at Radisson hotel on Flagstaff, and we'll be back again. This is a very comfortable hotel, home from home, complete with all amenities very comfortable beds, very clean, breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and staff friendly and helpful. Central with Victoria Markets 2 blocks away which is very handy for fast meals. Easy tram access across the road to the Casino and tram to the Australian Open.
I have reviewed this hotel before as I visit Melbourne from New Zealand 3-4 times a year and rarely stay anywhere else. Mario runs a good restaurant and I love the breakfast. Wide choice and an egg chef / waffle chef. Front of house staff are welcoming and the concierge always knowledgeable and helpful. This time I want to commend Mirisha and Michael for just going above and beyond the expected check in processes and making guests feel appreciated for choosing a Radisson. Thanks for another top stay.

The service at this hotel was above and beyond.The staff treated us like family and the fresh warm almond croissants were to die for.Nice toiletries, clean towels every day and the room was neat, quiet and comfortable.The coffee in the restaurant is as good as any that you will find in Melbourne. I will stay here again
