Very friendly staff who greeted me with a smile. The room was very clean and had everything I needed.Also room service was quite good. I ordered the lamb cutlets and they tasted amazing.Will stay again

Came for a one night stay, reception team was friendly and well groomed. However did not advise that in room amenities could be requested , so had to call once I got to the room to find no amenities aside from soap. Gym is good with enough equipment although the room could do with ventilation (smells like sweat) and better labelling. Rooms were clean and floor to ceiling windows are excellent
I loved the modern rooms that were provided for us when we came. The self moving blinds were just amazing. The facilities that they offer are good. Staff are very friendly towards the occupants. The food is lovely, and it is great to be in during New Years Eve. Only need to spend 1 night for a great city experience
Great location, close to southern cross station and the staff were extremely helpful. The place as a whole was very clean and the breakfast was amazing.We should've stayed there at the end of our Melbourne trip but it was booked out. We ended up at another hotel and had a horrible experience. The kids wanted to go back to the holiday Inn. We will definitely stay there again. Great job guys
