Convenient to Melbourne airport - 400m walk. Hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to and from the terminal. Room was comfortable, especially the bed. Room came with a kitchenette and a well appointed ensuite. Hotel has a bar, however I cannot comment on it as I used the Hotel purely to rest up between flights. Recommended and I would use again.
Nothing to complain about it, because I chose to stay here for its location. 10 min walk from airport, and easy to find the way. The hotel building looks fine from outside but, inside, layout of rooms across the floor is strange in the sense that it is different from those of other hotels I know. That gives a feeling of outdated building. my hotel room is spacious and clean. No strange smell. But the furnishing definitely can be better. In its current form, I guess it attracts only people who just want to stay near the airport and get some sleep before or after a flight. Buffet breakfast is fine. And they have shuttle between hotel and airport.

Flight cancelled and rescheduled for 8pm. They picked us up from airport brought us back and re-instated our rooms with a late check out. Had a good sleep. No extra charge. Brilliant service highly recommend
Rooms were clean and comfortable, and quiet.Restaurant service was a bit lacking. Asked for a glass of water three times, from three different staff, but never received during whole meal. Also, poor range of gluten free options for dinner. Basically ended up with plain chicken breast, steamed veges and chat potatoes. Definitely not worth $36.Reception staff lovely and helpful.
