Much improved in the last year since we last stayed here. Service is great, the rooms updated and modernised. The club lounge has improved. Much more comfortable though the food and alcohol options could still be improved as I feel they are leaving in comparison to hotels of a similar standard. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
Has some communication issues between their booking Agent and the hotel staff. Duty manager finally agreed to honour the reservation after some proof shown to her.The hotel has good views at the upper floors and in-room amenities were plenty except that the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool.
This place has a very welcoming reception team and a very attentive housekeeping crew. The bed was probably the highlight of this hotel one of the best ones so far. Lovely hotel conveniently located next to south wharf shopping center. The rooms are of standard size with king beds. Beds were comfortable and rooms are clean. Some amenities provided and additional provided on request. WiFi also provided. Breakfast not included but can be added.
It's a hotel with a nice pleasant environment. However, room service is patchy and they tend to forget to place certain things in the hotel room. Also, you can't assume anything about the hotel,you must ask to make sure if they have a particular service or item(free member club, slippers etc). Room is quite cozy and nice and there are many different lights for different effects. Decent hotel overall but service should be improved to make it a true 5-star hotel
