Loved it. Very comfortable and great staff. Breakfast off the menu took a while to come out though. If buffet breakfast is taking up all your staff then why do you offer a menu as well? Food was delicious when it finally arrived
Beautiful foyer, building and restaurant/dining spaces. However our room, the sliding door was broken and would not slide, the concierge saw this when our luggage was delivered not attended to. The bathroom was tiny, and those hooks on the back of the door... Towels drop off them, completely hopeless. Great location, staff were great. Just not worth the money I didn't think.
Nice rooms, not huge and no spa bath in standard rooms, only basic toiletries provided -only 2 coffee capsules provided. Very very dark rooms, no natural light, balconies are lost. Location is EXCEPTIONAL particularly for going out to clubs and nightlife. Would recommend if the price is right - a good five star, but not excellent.
The hotel's facilities are fantastic. They are well maintained and stocked. Staff in the hotel treat all customers as if they are celebrities and are always willing to help and support in anyway they can. My partner and I were both very impressed and would definitely choose to stay at the Intercontinental again.
Hotel located in renovated historical building. Quite impressive design inside. Very good for business stay. Rooms and service are nice. Spacious gymnasium. Good meals at ground floor restaurant.
