Comfortable hotel in the down town area close to China town. Breakfast is good and plenty with reasonable price. Room size is good considering is a downtown facility but is a above average price. Bathroom is good size for one person but would be small if your wife accompanies you
No frills the only way to describe this. Rooms are very dated, but to its credit generally clean and toilets are at least also clean and refurbished. Guest room corridors are very narrow and smells incredibly musky. It is close to retail amenities, that said Melbourne CBD is fairly small and easy to get around. If there is no need to be in this exact spot on this street, there are probably better options around.
Brilliant service n location. We reached pretty early n requested an early check in. Without any delay we were given the Keys to our room. Much more bigger brand have denied this request or charged something extra for this but mercure was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are clean n have all the necessities for good stay. The location of the hotel is cherry on the top. Located at the centre of bustling markets n near to all the major shopping n eating joints. This place affordable n easy on the pocket.
What a nice hotel and reception service was exceptional. Stayed for new years eve and we weren't disappointed breakfast.was.included in the package and again service was great and plenty food was available. Highly recommend staying at this hotel
Great Location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Would have been nice to have more time for breakfast on Christmas Day, as the Coffee machine got turned off at 10am. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10.30 but was till 10 am
