Exceptionally friendly staff. Stayed during Australian Open and it couldn't have been easier - will do it again. Services very good
Great hotel very central location. Staff were very attentive and always willing to help. Room was smaller than expected but cannot fault it. Clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to shops and gardens etc.
Excellent service from staff on check in and out. Colours of hotel would be more clean looking if white and not red, yellow. Room tidy and great facilities altho hard climbing into bath to get shower. Maybe some rooms should have shower or bath option. Was great as a place to sleep and get out into city everyday.
Convenient hotel rooms on the small side though. Friendly attentive staff. Lots of eating places nearby and very close to DFO
Great value for money. Staff are friendly and attentive. I have stayed 3 times now and it's been good Every time. If you need a taxi though it's quicker to walk to the taxi rank them let them order one.
