Newly updated rooms are nice and modern. The views are awesome in this hotel. The staffs are courteous and very polite. Foods are yummy and nice. The place is very close to everything, short walk across the Yarra river and then you are at nice cafe. Across the road is the free tram around Melbourne. What more do you need?!?! :) Highly recommended.
We booked the Skyline Room that gave us fantastic views down the river and of the NYE fireworks. The staff were very helpful, despite the pressure of a full hotel on NYE. The manager Alister was an excellent problem solver and very hospitable. A wonderful stay! Highly recommend this Hotel.
Staff were obliging polite. Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and modern. Room service and food was first class. Would definitely stay here again when next in Melbourne.
