Very easy to renew and rates seem better since they went online. Have seen a number of dopey reviews critising them for things like not taking a theft claim after handing over the keys to a test rider. They are not selling moron insurance thank god which keeps our policy rates reasonable.
Swann insurance was so helpful when I had my accident and did everything that could to get my money ASAP and they even gave me an additional benefit when I bought my new car. The lady I spoke to on the phone many many times was so lovely, understanding and helpful.
Had to call swan today due to a deceased estate, the girl i spoke too requested paperwork that no other insurance company, power provider, centerlink, vicroads, anybody has asked for, I'm quite sure she has no idea what she is talking about and if she dose swan needs to look at there processes. Id recommend you look elsewhere for your insurance needs!
have had 2 claims with Swann and have never had a problem with either the policy or the way in which the claims were managed and resolved.
I can't say I've ever had to make a claim but the user interface of their website could do with a bit more work. I can't seem to authenticate, despite having all the correct data right in front of me. I just want to update my card details. Should be easier.
