Extremely unprofessional.After waiting 4 weeks from the assessment of my bathroom, (after water damage), I called the office to find out why I still had not heard anything, and why it was taking so long?They informed me they had not yet received the report from the assessor (4 weeks later)!I then demanded they find out what was going on, and to please call me back.A few hours later I receive a phone call, telling me the claim is denied as the water damage had happened over a period of time, and the body corporate (who pay the insurance), had only been with them since May 2017.If you want a fast claim, I DO NOT recommend Strata Community Insurance.
