NIB = Large out-of-pocket costs. They are one of the lowest paying funds in Australia. Their MEDI-Gap scheme means the customer has to pay more out of their own pocket compared to other health funds. What more needs to be said about them?
They dont deserve even one star rating hopeless staff , just for getting 58.30$ as my claim, i submitted my documents before 25 days still .waiting as well as for getting i contacted nib customer care for four times still they are saying it will automatiaclly debted in to my accounts with in 48 hours or 24 hours blaaaasaa story,.. moreover they had 24 hours live chat service customer care , if some one holding any student ohsc straight way they will reply u are in the wrong gate way you have to contact other number ,,i hope other private medic insurance they also had 24 hour live chat they will not reply like this , ......Hopless stafffffff..
If I could I would give them less than one star. As I corporate health plan customer I would expect a way better service!! My partner just got of the phone with one of your customer service representative (Ben) who was unhelpful, rude and lacking in knowledge about your services. Will be most likely looking into changing providers soon. No adequate service for the steep monthly fee.
What a joke of a place - Don't spend your time going into the city because the odds are your booking time is wrong. 18/09 - confirmed 12.30 booking, went in there and it was set for 2.40. 20/09 - confirmed 12.30 booking, went in and systems are down unable to see clients. Thanks for notifying !
Keep right away from NIB went to compare with my previous insurer and they told me its exactly the same policy and cheaper. Went for a claim and rejected, l was out of pocket thounds of dollars. Under my previous insurer l would of been covered so cancelled and went back do yourself a favour KEEP AWAY
