Do not buy CGU as your insurance company. I will share my experience over the next few day. They have not followed the agreements given. Stay tuned.
Never ever use this company for any kind of insurance , you wouldn't believe how shameless this company is!My parent was involved in a car accident, it was other party's fault, that guy use CGU insurance, our car was badly damaged,we keep calling UGC for repair, for 2 month, no progress at all, our case was on hold. Don't understand why people pay you money for insurance! the customer service is awful awful awful!!!! Two hours holding line and then cut off, happens many many times! Feeling depressed and helpless! Why these kins of company exists????
Was trying to claim for a windscreen, first and second and third persone was really rude, i had to ask them to calm down! Finally a spoke to someone that helped me. Really upsetting and unnecessary. Worst customer service ever, expept for the last persone that helped her name was Fran. Thank you Fran. Seeing the 3 out of 4 people gave bad service, i am changing my insurance and will not advise cgu for anyone. STAY AWAY!!
- Poor customer service- OverpricedNever had an at fault claim, and yet my insurance policy has soared each and every year. Went to cancel my policy and they made it very difficult to do so. Not worth the trouble they put you through.
Only giving a 1 because there is no option to give a minus rating which is what they deserve.
