dodgy as.. had nothing but blood tests nearly every week for nearly two months to satisfy their income protection criteria. even had ct scans at the hospital and got cleared by to hospital to show i am ok. what a bloody drain it was dealing with these guys. imagine if i got accepted and went ahead with them and something really did happen, what a nightmare they will make it for me. good riddance.

OMG do not go near this dodgy third rate and cold hearted Insurance Company. AIA are experts at EMOTIONAL BLACKMAIL, where they have not only DESTROYED my life, but lives of many other sick people. They will use all the excuses in the book to not pay you. Even though you are genuinely sick and you are legally entitled to these payments!!!!! The staff working at AIA are dumb who don't even have a medical background so that they can BETTER understand your medical condition and help you in a more effective way!!! The staff members included in this group include Damien Mu-the OVERPAID and HEARTLESS CEO of AIA, Michelle El Khoury, Kathryn Kelly and Derek Vine.**STAY RIGHT AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY..THEY WILL JUST DESTROY YOUR LIFE AND IT WILL TAKE YOU YEARS TO PICK UP THE PIECES AND GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE**YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!
