went to this office at 9:00am first before open and asked by a senior lady to come back in 15 minutes because "Not enough staff at the moment". Thought specific personnel handle this service and came back in 15 minutes.
They're Aus Post which makes them terrible but this particular post shop is one of the slightly better ones. There is a separate queue for parcels which is handy and usually multiple people assisting. They also addressed some of my problems with receiving parcels and recommended I get them sent straight to the post shop which is close to work. I've had no issues since.
Do NOT trust the trading hours on colocation reminder!!! It closed one hour earlier actually!!!
Not sure if this post office has changed hands but I cannot fault the service I received. Friendly, welcoming staff who were happy to help with my requests. Went above and beyond. Definitely 5 stars from me.
Worst delivery service ever ! I am alaways home and i never here a buzzing or anything !!!! I even always have to stay dowstair now when he comes so i defo get my parcel !! I always have to come to pick up myparcel even when i am home ! So today i was waiting downstairs again and he never freaking showed up but in my mail its saying he tried to deliver but no access! So freaking annoying .i don't have time for that !!!
