Rude staff. Long waits. Some staff don't understand some of their own services! Self service machines often malfunction too. The poorest example of customer service around!
Had to go get my driver's license renewed. In and out fairly quickly.
Self service. You can send package too not only paying.Staffs here nice too.
Very rude staff. I asked for one prepaid envelope and one to post documents. She brought one. And then I asked for pre-paid one, she said its the same. So, I asked her for one more. She said, because I did not listen to her properly, now she has to walk twice. And usually, I should be saying sorry to her. I was shocked. Never seen such kind of customer service anywhere before.
Really bad customer service. The staff in this store are rude and not helpful at all. I sent a certified copy of passport to Sydney last Saturday and I told one of ladies working in that store this letter is really important for me. She recommended the express post service and said if the letter is not delivered on the second business. We will give u a free envelope. The letter was delivered on next Wednesday, which is late as expected. I popped in the store to get my compensation , the lady served me last week was rude and totally denied what she said.
