Friendly staff helped out on what we needed. This location was not busy on a weekday so we were done in 5 mins.
Came in with $40 of coins and this rude older staff member laughed at me when I asked if I could make a deposit. Suggested I go to CBA instead. I told her ME Bank (a branchless bank) suggested going to the post office as Banks charge fees to deposit cash if you aren't a customer. She rolled her eyes and said "hand it over" I wasnt sure to trust her as she didn't say she was going to count the money or not. She spent 5 minutes counting, recounting, sighing, telling me "I'll do it for you this time but next time go to CBA". She made me feel like I was a burden and not a valuable customer. Didn't this stupid woman realise ME Bank have a contract with Australia post and they're paying her to do this. Essentially my ME Bank loan interest pays her wage. So dumb. There was no music or aircon, such a boring place to work or be. One staff member, an aussie chick was unkempt with scruffy hair, lots of piercings, tattoos showing, no manners and didn't speak very intelligently, she was talking to this man like he was dumb, but he was a migrant and had better grammar than her. What kind of people are running AusPost seriously?
I wish I could give them zero star! We have got 24h concierge service in our building who collects parcels for us but they have returned my parcel to the sender with one notice less than 10 days. it's been more than one month and the sender has not received the returned delivery yet. Post is not doing anything at all, not even answering my emails!!!! the worst service I've ever had

There is not enough help on a saturday morning. Which is ridiculous when you can pnly go here saturday mornings if you work full time. 9-5 hours for picking up or dealing with your mail is the worst service for a post office ive ever seen.
