Had to do my lands title identification, which was a painful long process but staffs here got them all done professionally. Shout out to Logan, who is the trainee but she was very switch on and her willingness to help getting things done really impressed me. Compared to what I had been treated at 440 Collins st branch, staffs here are what I call five stars professional customer service.
Seems to be a nice and fully equipped post office, bit hard to find but not impossible. Main downside was customer service, I felt like I was a massive nuisance asking for same day service keypass, which is advertised at only two locations by Australia Post. Customers shouldn't feel the need to apologise for requesting a service that is clearly offered. Basic manners and customer interaction isn't that difficult, aren't you getting paid? Couldn't help overhearing the customer beside me getting treated in a similar way. On top of this, it was a painfully slow process considering I came early in the day with all relevant documents and forms pre-filled. Anyone needing this service should make the journey to Footscray, wouldn't be hard for them to provide you with a better service for the price.
Clearly no interest in doing anything quickly in these parts. Usually a post office is a quick moving place but weve been in line for so long I think I should order lunch. It cant be that hard! Every other store manages in the whole country. Time for some back to basics.

For Australia Post - this is a pretty good store. Staff are friendly - and most of the time queues move very quickly. Hard to find if you don't know the exact location (non-street facing shop front). Self check-out is good - but having limited products on the shelf make it pretty limited.
