Lovely location in the block arcade. Only bendigo bank in the cbd, however awful customer service though. Sofie was apathetic and not very willing to help, but trying to find reasos why i couldnt make the transaction.

Went to visit the Bendigo Bank branch on Collins Street one lunchtime midweek. The customer service line was 5 people long and the wait was too long. Only two customer service operators behind the desk.
