I bought a red leather bracelet Lunar New Year in store and it turned out the worst experience ever. The bracelet itself started fading and even colorising my wrist upon my daily activity. I didnt even wash my hand or take it under the shower but the bracelet just got darker and changed the color. I brought it back to the store and the manager refused to give me the refund because she assumed it was not a manufacturing fault. So is it my fault for being attracted to a product that has the worst quality of dying leather? Ive been a loyal customer to Pandora for few years and decided to stop shopping anything from them straightaway for being treated like this. Whats the point giving me credits in store when I cant be bothered buying anything? Such a bad customer service for a popular brand.

I've never got a bad treatment from store inMelbourne before. Today I visited Pandora Melbourne Central at 8.10 PM. A lot of staff there but no one greeted me (such a rare one especially in Melbourne) Its not even busy, and they even talked with each other. They looked at me, but no greetings and didn't ask whether I need help. I wanted to buy a ring , but I changed my mind. The way I see it, they looked at my appearance and seem I cant afford to buy. Good job Pandora! Keep up the good work. I would never go back.
Great store! I was able to exchange my jewellery that i received as a gift despite not being given the receipt. All the ladies were lovely but Vesna was the one that served me, just wanted to say thanks to her especially :)
A nice store , pretty small when busy , you feel you have to choose really fast but service was lovely just a bit claustrophobic when full . Great products and nice and clean.
