Too crowded even at office hours. Several products are out of stock, which I didn't expect it to occur for a CBD shop.
Hi Pandora Australia,I went in to your Melbourne Bourke Street Mall store tonight to speak about a ring that I bought from Pandora, to only be greeted by a rude and eye rolling Concierge called Hugh. There were no apologies or empathy for the fact a favourite ring of mine had broken. No offer to find a solution, only do you have a receipt? No, I dont as it was a gift bought for me a little while ago. Then theres nothing we can do for you. Hugh checked with a colleague who just kept her back turned to me and came back and said No. Nothing we can do. We dont know where you bought it or if its real or what youve done to it, so no. Nothing we can do.Wow. Not a smile. Not a sorry (until I made Hugh aware of how rude he was being - and it was through gritted teeth and very sarcastic) And when I asked to speak to the manager, they had conveniently left for the day. HIDEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this is how you train your Concierges to treat customers, then good luck keeping them - and in this tough retail climate. Your product is nice, but doesnt warrant staff treating customers in that way for a product that broke due to no fault of mine. Absolutely appalled and will never buy your products again. Id rather spend more for items at Tiffany & Co - they would never speak to a customer like that.
I already new what I was going to buy. So I was such a ready customer who will spend max 5-10 min in the shop. But they are not able to provide enough workers who can give you service. I waited more than 20 min and left the shop. by the way shop was not crowded.This is how you lose a customer. I don't want to go to Bourke street Pandora shop anymore. Such a wasting time!
The staffs at Bourke Street Pandora are very rude. I will never come back again. Especially a lady named Nicole, this is the worst staff I have ever meet in tire of my life. Make my mothers day worse! If I can choose the review I will give negative star!!!!
The staffs at Bourke Street Pandora are very rude and unwelcoming. They rudely turned me away when I asked if I could exchange a brand new bracelet to a smaller size, which I received as a gift 2 days ago. It clearly stated in their policy that products could be exchange within 14 days of purchase. The bracelet was purchased 2 days ago from the same Bourke Street Pandora store, and was still in excellent brand new condition with NO damage or scratches. One female blonde staff named HEATHER at the Bourke Street Pandora store was very rude and judgemental towards me. She made a rude comment and directed me out of the store stating that they do NOT do exchanges. I even showed her the receipt and the exchange policy statement, but she continued making rude unnecessary comments and gave an attitude. I feel extremely upset from this experience by the Bourke Street Pandora staffs. Especially since my bracelet was in excellent brand new condition and was purchased 2 days ago, which clearly fell within the 14 days exchange policy on the receipt. Shame on these staffs for representing and tainting Pandora's name through their rude and unprofessional customer service. In no way should a customer ever feel unwelcomed or rudely treated. I highly do NOT recommend this store!!
