This is by far the worst luxury goods repair centre. I had a Mountblanc triple gussett purchased for over AUD 1500 and I had sent it for repair because of the clasp discolouration. I was quoted an astronomical AUD 750 and its been more than 6 months and still no word.Seriously is this the type of customer service you would expect from a so called luxury goods maker? Pathetic to say the least.I deeply regret for using their repair service.
