Just got racially profiled by the white security gaurd with the pony tail, walked in and was followed the entire way through, then he stood and watched the entire time as I tried to pick which headphone colour I liked best. Only as I picked my pair and took it to the counter did he go back to his post at the entrance of the store. That was disgusting. You guys should pick your security more carefully.
Walked in just before closing desperately seeking last minute birthday gifts in the means of records. All staff were all hands on deck despite it being mere moments before closing on a Saturday. My go-to JB HI-FI. Compare to other stores, it usually has the most stock, so if you have things that are not available elsewhere, this is usually the place to go.Staff friendliness is mixed. Some are really lovely but some find it difficult dealing with stress. However, it's not a huge problem when you know what you are looking for.
Was able to enter without a heap of staff asking 'everything ok?' or 'how can I help?'. I entered I walked around. I picked up something I liked which I wasn't intending to buy. I purchased it. Had a quick chitchat to the cashier And walked out. Good day.
Great store. Super easy to get to from the tram stop. So many products! It's easy to spend too long looking at things. Staff are plentiful, and often asking if you need assistance which is very helpful to learn more about what a particular product can do. Lots of good deals on prices too, even on new release games. Checkout staff also helped me with a special gift receipt when I mentioned that I was purchasing a present.
