We attended the Canon experience store as a group from work. Loved how Chris helped organise the experience. Loved the passion and knowledge that Rob and Gemma have for photography and the equipment.The workshops are a must do if you have a good camera and want to get the best out of it.
Really friendly staff and great place to find out about/try any Canon cameras or printers without any pressure to buy. With Sun Studios in the same building offering more professional gear, rentals and printing it's got just about everything you need. Ohh and there's a barrista and exhibition space to look through too!
Ive had some issues with my camera lately and it had to be assessed and repaired. I found the staff very friendly & helpful and easy to communicate with. They were always prompt to respond when I made enquiries and very reassuring. The repair was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The store itself is amazing, very spacious & welcoming. There are plenty of camera bodies and lenses and other accessories for potential customers to try out which is a great initiative. Overall Ive had a great experience & looking forward to checking out all the upcoming gear!

The staff have an incredible understanding of any questions/issues you may have and have always had the answer to technical questions I have brought up regarding camera equipment. Go in and get your favourite photograph printed and try out some of the new camera gear (take along a SD card to take the shots home with you). Along with the excellent personal interaction, the Canon Experience Store has your next camera/printer right there in store at the right price. I was looking for a Canon adapter which had sold out across Australia (from my research), but the staff here were able to get the adapter in the next day and ship it to my home address in Ballarat where it arrived the day after. Easy to get to and never had an issue with parking. *No ... I'm not a canon employee ... just a very satisfied customer.
