Online support non existant. Contacted them three times regarding a sub par product and heard nothing still three weeks later. Cool logo and nice packaging though which I guess justifies the price tag.
Know what you want and buy it online. The staff here will only frustrate you with their pomp. Poor product knowledge displayed by staff who were nothing more than dolts.
Worst customer service, never buy Bose products.They will provide a different service when you are buying a product. But if your Bose product is not working and if you ask for service they will not provide any assistance. They will also tell you to buy products only from their shops and if you buy Bose products from elsewhere they will say we can do nothing.One guy even said the fact they are talking to me and listening my problems itself is the great service which they are providing.
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone I have spoken to in there has been courteous and not overbearing like you can get in some places. I sorted out an exchange with ease and would definitely go here for advice/a new purchase
