Customer service is very bad. I went to see SUVs, but none came to walk me through the vehicles. The place is like a puzzle. Need to guess between sold cars & demo ones. I love the car, but not a good place to buy.

Purchased a 2012 C70 sight unseen. My gut feeling dealing with Salesman Kris was that he was honest and customer focused. On arrival to collect the C70 the vehicle was as close to new condition as one could expect - and Kris made sure the whole experience was the same as a new car buyer, ribbon and all. I collected the C70 on a rainy Melbourne day and Kris made sure I had some coffee, "Melbourne City Volvo" bottled water, an umbrella etc etc. The anniversary gift for my wife drove impeccably all the way to Sydney.
