Izzy was knowledgeable about the cars, warm and personable in his approach and both wise and informative regarding which model would match our needs. With Michael's added input and enticements we were very well looked after. Thi and Paul in the finance office were extremely efficient and across all details regarding finance and insurance. I've been using Melbourne City Toyota to service all my cars over the years (for about 15 years) and the team of Mechanics there are just fantastic - but there is one person that really stands out, Tony Perogiannis (I hope I've spelt his name right :-) ). Tony has been absolutely fantastic - hands down the best service from any mechanic (he's a Service Manager I think) that I've ever received. If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy advice on your car, this is the place to go to. Going to Melbourne City Toyota - it's actually quite a bit out of my way, but I'm prepared to go the distance for the world class service I receive from them and especially from Tony P!

I brought my second hand 2008 GU patrol from Melbourne City Toyota, I went over the whole vehicle (I'm a panel beater by trade), not a mark on the body to be found.When I came back to pick up the vehicle after them getting the roadworthy etc, there was damage to the paint on the end of the rear bar about the size of a large orange were somebody's backed into something and the paint had been scrapped off.They (Melbourne City Toyota) tried to pretend that it was like that, I had the previous owner's name and number in the owner's manual so I rang him and he confirmed that there were no damage or mark's on it, And they Still wouldn't accept the truth.
