Great service and bikes. Expensive though. They don't provide D-locks but if the bike gets stolen you will be charged almost 3K dollars!
cannot recommend highly enough. great range of product. But the thing that's sets these guys apart from pretty much every other bike shop in melbourne is that these guys really want a "happy" customer! Great advice and customer service.
Nice people and exceptional customer service. I went in earlier this week to look at getting a new bike and was happy with the entire experience. The bike I selected needed to come from their warehouse and was told I would get a call this weekend once it was ready for me to pick up. Doug tried calling me and even followed up with a text. When I returned his call he was unfortunately closing the store. He then asked where I lived and offered to drop the bike off to my house. Best customer service Ive experienced. 5 starts to everyone I dealt with, especially Doug.
I wanted to give a shout out to Warren who did a great job fixing my bike while I waited. Super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and he really took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend
Great people, great rental bikes! I originally booked a bike for the weekend, but then was bumped from my flight to Melbourne. Made it eventually the next day and still managed to get a bike for a day. Speedy pickup, with well conducted fitting session. The bike a Specialized Tarmac was a nice ride and I had no problems at all with it.
