Matt in the workshop took my bike and worked his magic with it this week. Replaced a wheel and the cassette, gave it a tune up, replaced a couple of parts and gave it a clean. My ride home this evening was a dream, it was such a pleasure. He did a great job but encouraged me to drop back in if anything should need alteration.In store they have helpful sales staff and a wide range of accessories and equipment. Pricing was competitive.Would recommend, and will be back!
Super helpful service from staff especially Alex who spent a great deal of time with a full measure up and bike test rides with non of the usual sales presure.
I took my bike in for a service (nothing wrong with the bike). The staff were great. After the service, they told me I needed to do some repairs before they effect other parts on the bike. Which I gave the go ahead for. After I had the repairs and service completed for over $500, I had more problems than before, chain slipping and gears not working. They told me I should spend more money on more repairs over $300. I just needed a service. The bike was fine.
Dropped in yesterday afternoon as I wanted a bike to keep in Melbourne for when I stay. The young guy who assisted was friendly, helpful and no nonsense. Offered the $5 club membership which saved me over $100 with no prompting. Great Service.
I cut ten minutes off a 55 minute commute because my bike was going so well! Thanks for dropping everything (twice) and getting me going, appreciate it. I'll be back!
