Terrible customer service, overpriced drinks, staff are rude and aggressive bouncers, would not recommend ever
Clubs run well, plenty of security musics good upstairs and downstairs.
Look out for the cocky looking, skinny, long haired young male bartender. Who ever gave him a job needs help as a manager. I was there last night and still cant believe the disgusting attitude and unprofessionalism of the bartenders that were working, particularly that guy. He kept purposely ignoring me waiting at the bar for over 30 minutes, attending to others. When he walked past I gave him a wave and asked why I wasnt being served. Instead of apologising in response he arrogantly yells out that it was busy, then he demanded 10 times I beg and plead for him to make me a drink. He obviously didnt hear me say please the first time. I refused to repeat myself and felt quite uncomfortable being put down as a woman by this person. He then threw in only ice and half a the glass filled with orange juice only! If I behaved that way Id be fired on the spot. Then the bartenders were drinking and doing shots together and laughing about it infront of a packed out club full of customers waiting. DONT GO HERE, the place is an embarrassment.
Terrible staff and customer service. Staff behind the bar could be serving people but I guess doing shots with each other and checking how many likes that selfie got on Instagram is more important than promoting quality customer service in an establishment that is meant to have a good reputation. Disappointing bar that I would no reccomend
Great place, the bouncers were all kind and didn't act like they owned the place. reasonable drink prices, bar tenders were great and fast. The whole place was clean and inviting, 10/10 would recommend. staff were all very honest also, my friend lost their phone, but it was picked up by one of the staff who were all very helpful in getting it back.
