Terrible experience. I have been waiting for my unit for about 8 weeks now. I was not able to cancel the purchase due to the long wait. But, the best was when the removalist arrived with a scratched unit, and somehow managed to scratch my floor.I would never use you again. You pay for a premium service but get an inferior one.
18 months ago I started with the design service, they did not bring many samples I had more of them, they were very late delivering, wrong measurements taken, material shrunk, bedspread returned as it was only tacked and did not fit, valance returned as did not sit properly and had to be re-maid. Curtains have now shrunk and I await the repair. Never again, my dream was ruined.
