When you eventually get thru to someone. Not very helpful at all. People who work in these positions should be more sympathetic, understanding and professional. As we are in need rather than just referring you to online. They don't want to any work. Waste of time!

Advise all people inquiring about passports and visas to consult in person.pparently they consider answering your questions in a review panel on this site to be beneath their notice(very arrogant of them!).The least they could do is tell you this!
Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received. You phone up for some advice regarding an important issue to be welcomed with an attitude. I always thought the consulate was there to offer advice and support for fellow citizens. Keep this up guys...I'm sure it will only strengthen our reputation abroad!!
