Italian craftsmanship? More like cheap materials sourced from third world countries and claims to be made from Italy.
Gucci no longer stands the test of time as it once was, weve purchased 3 items in the last three years to be let down by defects overtime. First, our 2 rings oxide without wear, these were put in a storage safe whilst we were away on vacation, to discover less than a week, they oxide, discoloured and the silver produced signs of threading which clearly shows the rings are not treated when they are so called made in Italy. Our 3rd experience was Gucci shoes which were still under 12-months warranty, the insole stitching started to part away on both shows in the middle, we took this in for a Gucci specialist to observed and stated that is normal, not covered or classed as wear and tear... we say hell with Gucci, it will only be a matter of time before more customers are given the same burden and hopefully mainstream media can capitalise on this story as it will show the branding cheap/outsourcing techniques used to bait people. Just for others out there, weve purchase from other designer brands and never had any issues. Please think twice before waiting in queue for a product that may let you down!!
Didnt have to wait that long in line which was a bonus as it was a hot day.Prices are still absurd.Service was very good and made our purchase easy.
Waited in line for 45 minutes as I had to exchange shoes. At one stage you could see staff walking around everywhere in the store but there was just one small group of people there. They just hold the line up to look exclusive. There is nothing really rare or special in this shop to line up for. You're better off going online really. Our assistant was lovely and patient. The store is just run badly by management.
The guy with curved blond is quite rude. Hes not the one who serves me but he came and closed the drawer directly when I was picking up. Without any apology after that. Its definitely not appropriate service attitude in a luxury store.
