The staff were pilot and professional. Service was prompt, I was approached by a staff as soon as I arrived. He explained the type of services available and costs involved. As soon as I picked the service I wanted it's just as simple as dropping off the key and when it's ready I get a SMS message. The car was ready faster than I expected even though I had steam clean, leather treatment as well as the standard wash and vacuum - way quicker than the other car wash places I've been to where I didn't even ask for the additional services. Really happy with the quality of service as well, a couple of small places got missed but still way better than what I got from the other places. Highly recommend!
Ive been taking our two cars to MHC West Melbourne for over 12 months and have always been thrilled with the results. The chap that registers the type of wash you want is terrific, the rest of the staff are very friendly and really thorough with the clean and the cars always look brilliant at the end. Just had one done again this morning and really happy to recommend.
Really good service from the staff, and really good prices. We felt we got our money's worth, and waited for our car to be ready. It was not a long wait. We also ordered coffees while we waited which were quite good!We would definitely recommend this place.
VASTLY IMPROVED SERVICE WITH NEW OWNERThis used to be an awful carwash with desultory service.I went back yesterday as I'd heard it had changed ownership.It was vastly better. Staff were courteous and made a mean cup of coffee!The clean was good except that they forgot to clean the inside of the rear window.the waiting area is OK with some newspapers to read and coffee and light food items to purchase.
Was on the pricier side paying $50, for our inside and outside SUV, but I felt it was very worth it for the quality of work done. Aside from cleaning, one of the guys even helped tucked away our wires neatly under the carpets and felt he delivered above and beyond just a normal vacuum clean. Good friendly service, coffee inside wasnt too bad and did a very thorough wash. Will definitely be back.
