Came with a groupon voucher. Friendly staff. No fuss process. Cleanliness is not top notch but still good value for money. Plus better than having to do it myself. Probably wouldnt pay the full price though- not quite worth $49 value. Location very convenient- I went to South Melbourne market while the car is getting cleaned.

Dont deliver what they promise. Paid 150 for what I wanted a quick clean of two seats and a cabin plus a good wash outside of a 1 yr old vehicle thoroughly.Very disappointed to pick up and still find dirt and marks inside and out. Talked with the guy who I booked it with. But he only takes the bookings. So I spoke to The manager who ran a rag over a few places.... but these guys are so off the mark no attention to detail at all just provide a quick wipe and spray on some shinny stuff to trick people.Mats werent ready on time either. The boys threw them in wet and didnt clip into place.If you have the time wash yourself and keep the money. If you dont have time look elsewhere.Ripoff merchants!!
I have been a loyal customer to Carrera for 10+ years now and have stayed loyal to this place despite the varying service and quality of recent... BUT.... after today I will never be back again!!!!! My wife took our car in today to be washed and was told that she would need to pay $100 to have the car cleaned as the basic $39 wash wouldnt do anything (as explained by the person she was served by)... Given my wife doesnt normally have our car washed and coupled by the fact that she was pressured and forcefully told that this was the only service that could be provided based on the cars condition she obliged!! Taking advantage of people is never ok!! Especially when you have been a customer for years!! Not to mention the car isnt even clean despite being charged $100..... Well done Carrera - you have lost our business!
These guys charged me $49.00 for pretty much soaking the car. The boot was not vacuumed and they had even left wet newspapers in the car. The staff were standing there just to rip you off. When I told them I wanted the normal car wash they upsold me with promises of polish and shine etc etc. Please do not go there better to park outside and wait for rain to wash the car. All natural.
