I was assisted by a lovely lady named Nisa this afternoon. It was incredibly busy and I was struggling with the self-checkout machine, she spotted that and immediately offered her help. She was thoroughly professional and had a polite tone and a warm smile throughout our interaction. She definitely deserves all the commendations. Kindly pass my compliments to her.
Always a great place to grab some quick shopping items before or after catching a train at the metro. Just need to be weary of huge queues at rush hour due to a lot of passengers trying to do the same.

Pretty good. Good selection and some items are cheaper. The young worker is the first ever who appreciated she was in my personal space at the checkout, doing what they must be ordered to do, and she had the grace and skills to acknowledge it. Miracle. How much grief and cleverness is saved because a young worker simply had good manners doing her job. Thank you and thank you to the good people who still bring people up well.
Super busy during peak hours. Queue is crazy long but good side is it moves quite fast too. It's quite a small place for Coles and definitely lacks variety. But a good and convenient spot to stop by if you are getting groceries while on your way home because it is located right beside the train station.
