I have always loved lush's products, but the customer service in Chadstone Lush was a mess. I bought several bath bombs for the Christmas present, I know it's the busiest season of the year but the lady at the counter(I found her name on my receipt staring with L) was packing my bath bombs as throwing them away -People who ever bought bath bombs will know how the bath bombs are fragile- The space in the shop was too narrow to move and was overflowing with people so that everyone seemed to be uncomfortable. I do not think I will ever revisit that place in the future.
Having had a stressful day at work, a negative experience with another retailer and then walking most of Chaddy to find Lush, I was welcomed by the loveliest of shop assistants who helped me with all of my partially thought through needs and made me feel calm and cared for. Thank you!

Not only are the products amazing (mask of magnanimity being my favourite) but the staff are so helpful. It really is like that vine. They never hesitate to introduce themselves, help you try on products, tell you about the chemical compounds, literally whatever you need! My favourite cosmetic store by far. Most importantly, they don't test on animals and they are politically active. I love an ethical brand!
